At Finanquest we combine accounting with advisory services. The aim is to provide our clients with the best possible service through personal commitment.
In addition to carrying out the audit which results in an auditors’ report, Finanquest aim to be more than just a firm of accountants. When we perform our work we take our clients situation and needs as a whole into consideration. We will of course, through the audit, contribute to proper accounts, that all laws are complied with and that the companies are run in a professional manner. At the same time, we know that what our clients appreciate the most are the roles we play as advisors and in acting as a sounding board for their ideas.

Finanquest – Contabilidade e Fiscalidade, Lda was set up in 1998 by Carlos Martins who, with help of four colleagues, had a vision of creating an accounting firm based on service and strong client relations. While continuing to focus on the small and medium-sized business client segment, companies and owners, and by providing a combination of accounting and advisory services, Finanquest has grown to become a highly-reputable firm of accountants.
The office in Albufeira opened in 2003 when Carlos Martins, decided to buy new facilties in central position of Algarve. A generation shift has started as younger co-workers continuously increase the team group.
Today Finanquest is run by Carlos Martins as CEO. Looking back after 20 years we can see that our vision and business concept remains unaltered even as Finanquest has grown to be one of the largest privately owned accounting firms in Algarve. Many of our clients and co-workers has remained faithful to Finanquest since the beginning.
